私が鍼灸を志したのは、「ケガで苦しむアスリートをサポートしたい」という学生時代の想いからでした。そこから鍼灸の奥深さに魅了され、今日まで研鑽を続けております。

Frequently Asked Questions

Acupuncture treatment is generally not painful when performed by a skilled practitioner. The needles used are very thin, and the stimulation is adjusted according to the patient's condition. You may feel a warm or light tingling sensation.
It is effective for a wide range of symptoms, including relief from shoulder stiffness, back pain, headaches, autonomic nervous system disorders, insomnia, fatigue recovery, and gynecological issues. It is also gaining attention as preventive medicine and can help improve pre-disease conditions.
The usual treatment time is about 40 to 60 minutes. For first-time visitors, we take a little longer to include consultation and explanation. Please consult us if you are in a hurry.
To provide better treatment and reduce waiting time, we have adopted a reservation system. You can make a reservation by phone or through our website.
We recommend wearing comfortable and relaxed clothing. Skirts may make treatment difficult, so pants or tracksuits are recommended.
